Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

GRUPO TRUST RESIDENCIAL CANINO is the data controller responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and hereby informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of maintaining a business relationship with the USER. Specifically, the intended processing operations are:

  • To send commercial communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, whether current or future, that enables such communications.
    These communications will be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or to those of partners or suppliers with whom a promotional agreement has been reached. In such cases, third parties will not have access to personal data.
  • Carry out market research and statistical analysis.
  • To process orders and requests, and to respond to enquiries or any other requests made by the USER via the contact channels available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Send out the online newsletter featuring news, offers and promotions related to our business.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

The processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR, on the basis of:

  • The USER’s consent: for the sending of marketing communications and the newsletter.
  • The data controller’s legitimate interest: to carry out market research and statistical analysis, and to process orders, requests and enquiries from the user.

How long will we keep your personal data?

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing and, where applicable, for the periods required by legal obligations.

When they are no longer required, they will be deleted in accordance with appropriate security measures to ensure they are anonymised or completely destroyed.

Who do we share your personal data with?

There are no plans to disclose personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the purposes of processing; in such cases, access may be granted to service providers involved in communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the relevant confidentiality and data processing agreements, in accordance with current legislation.

The USER has the right to:

  • You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • To access, rectify, transfer and erase your data, as well as to request the restriction of processing or object to the processing of your data.
  • You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to process their request; the provision of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.

The USER warrants that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify the DATA CONTROLLER of any changes thereto.

The DATA CONTROLLER hereby informs you that the data requested via the website is necessary in order to provide the USER with the best possible service. If you do not provide this information, we cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER declares that it complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD applicable to the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that processing is lawful, fair and transparent, as well as adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational measures to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and that it has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
